I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Butternut Box (London, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
Lovely people, very friendly. Started with a phone interview, then two face to face interviews. Unfortunately I didn't get an offer because they were "looking for a female or someone with more feminine energy" (which to be honest I find quite shocking given that we live in the 21st century), but still a nice company and they seem to have a nice culture.

Question 1
What's a common misconception people have about you?
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We always like to give constructive feedback to interviewees without any discrimination. We usually give feedback directly but as this was set up using a recruitment agency this could have been why the original feedback from ourselves was miscommunicated.
We'd be more than happy to discuss further if you'd like to get in touch.
Apologies,
Team Butternut
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Butternut Box (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Certainly a thorough process, but I liked that. Gave me an opportunity to really know the company as well as them to get to know me.
Was 3 stages. A call with their in house recruiter, a face to face with the Head of Sales (my potential manager), and finally a face to face with Kev & Dave.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Butternut Box (London, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
Super organised and great communication at all stages. I knew exactly how the interview process would work and they accommodated the interviews around my busy diary. Everyone i spoke to via phone, video conference and email was very professional, friendly and informative at all times.
