Butternut Box Social Media Community Manager interview questions

1st Round: Video Interview *Signal wasn't great and was worried that I might miss something she said. 2nd Round: In the office, met People team, Head of Marketing and Head of Creative all separately *Overall the second stage was quite long and repetitive. I would of been fine with a panel type interview with everything at once. 3rd Round: Met with one of the founders and presented the task I was set to the Head of Creative and Social Media Exec. *They were very relaxed about timelines on the task and expressed that they prefer I completed it to my best ability. * They were very focussed on my personality being right for the office which was nice to see.
