DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The interview process took 10 weeks! and that was for only 3 rounds! All of mgmt is based in China so if youre looking to work in the LA office you're going to be working their hours. -The scheduling person spoke barely any english and doesn't seem to actually read any of my emails and only responds with copy+paste messages that are completely irrelevant to what I would write, even mistakenly cancelling my application at one point -the HR recruiter would just ignore emails or answer with weeks in between -At no point was there a clear understanding given to me of the steps of the interviews/who I would be meeting with -I received contradictory information from almost everybody I spoke with (One person i interviewed with told me he's in San Francisco working product, then he told me he actually had the same role i interviewed for, another person told me the last person is in Los Angeles, HR mentioned that there are no managers in the LA office, another person told me there actually is a manager in the LA office) -I was given no information about who I would be meeting prior to the interviews so could not adequately prepare -My interviewers were changed at the last minute twice -I didn't meet a single person from the LA office where the role is held nor even a manager on the team Ultimately they told me theyre moving fwd with other candidates and that's totally fine bc working there would be a disaster
