Went through a pretty long telephone interview (45 min-1 hr) that I thought went pretty well, and then was asked to take a personality test. Got a follow-up email the next day after taking the personality test stating that my results of the test weren't favorable and that they do not proceed with anyone who scores out of any of the sections. A little baffled about that personality test- yes, I do like art, reading, and being creative, and I tend to not want to be the life of the party or judge others for their beliefs... pretty sure that is why I tested out. I guess my advice would be to make sure you are solely a left-brained incredibly outgoing person or you might (according to C.H. Robsinson) not be a good fit into their company culture.
