      Global Forwarding Representative Interview

      Jan 2, 2012
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Knoxville, TN
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Knoxville, TN) in Nov 2011

      Interview

Was contacted quickly by a Recruiting Coodinator and given a brief job description and sounded like the girl was reading from a script. Asked me general questions regarding my background and why I would be interested in logistics. Then she sent me a personality test to take and I passed on to second interview with regional hr recruiter. They never called at scheduled interview time and I had to contact them to straighten it out. Waited another week to have phone interview and when she called she sounded like she was eating her dinner. Asked me all the basic "tell me about a time when you... " questions. Was told I would hear back in a week. Never heard a word and ignored all of my contact after interview. Not only is this unprofessional and rude. But honestly, that is unacceptable. What an easy way to turn off a lot of potential interests in your company now or even partnerships down the road. After taking it upon myself to be a little obnoxious I finally received a response a month later stating they were going in another direction.
