I filled out the online application and received a phone call from them about 3 days later. We set up a phone screening for a few days after that. The phone screening went well and then I was sent a personality assessment. After filling out the assessment, I received an email a few hours later telling me that I did not fit the profile they were looking for and that we would not proceed any further.
