Applied on-line, and received an e-mail the next day about scheduling an over the phone interview. Next step was an on-line assessment based on personality, with some off-handed questions. Passed through the assessment phase and had another on the phone interview; the recruiter asked the same questions without really giving any detail in to the job and/or the company itself. I passed through all the steps and was set up for an in-office interview with the office manager. The office was cluttered and full of people at tiny desks just answering the phones/making calls. The phone never stopped ringing. The manager was dressed very unprofessionally, even though they have lax dress policy. The interview lasted around 10 minutes, where I was informed that I should get a job waiting tables. I immediately told her that I would never work for a boss who has that attitude towards its employees and left.
