Very disrespectful. I was supposed to have a phone interview with a recruiter who totally forget it. After I contacted him he told me their were other candidats and that the position is closed. He contacted me a few days later to informe me that the position is filled. So I miss an interview and a job due to his lake of organization and serious. It give me a very bad impression concerning this company.
