three screenings of phone interviews. followed by then two assessment tests as well. Then from there I was finally invited into the office and interviewed with four different people. Then if I did get past that point, I would come in for a half day and then interview with the GM. And then from there he would decide the hire or not.

A lot of information and questions were repeated from each person and started to overlap and get confusing.

20 minute phone interview with simple questions. Some had to do with challenges you have faced in past jobs and how you fixed them. Asked about relevant experience and skills. Also asked about bilingual status due to South American customers. Also this was for a Miami position.
