Telephonic interview from main office & then 45 mins panel interview at branch office. HR was helpful & very clear in explaining interview process as well as they also confirmed overall interview experience at branch

Basic questions:- 5 words your previous manager can describe you
It wasn’t hard mostly through a recruiter by a phone call and a couple interviews with CH robsinson Human Resources then I was hired I think maybe after like 3 rounds
Met with a group of interviewers. Not a very difficult interview, more personality/team work questions. Not much discussion about previous work experience except for a few questions about improving processes at previous jobs.
