The interview process was pretty laid back mostly leaning on conversation and verbal evaluation. There were no leetcode style questions. After confirming the interview the virtual process was one session held over zoom.

Interview
Extremely NOT recommended. I went through two different processes with them, and they never gave me feedback on either (spanish teams). They wasted my time by asking me to attend different rounds and then not providing any response. Extremely unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

3.Screening with the client, question from the software architect (deeply tech)
4. Ghosting the candidate, never had a feedback.
2 steps. The first one is easy one. Second one is technical skill. The recruiter was very kind. The technical interview was average. No live coding. But code writing with explanation.
