I was called for an office interview with the HR manager at the time. After about 15 minutes going through the basic interview-type format I got to meet with two supervisors from the department I was interviewing for. They told me a bit more about the company, what the responsibilities were for the particular department, typical day to day procedures etc. I was called back the same day for the job.
