I had a phone interview followed by three in person interviews. In my opinion, all the interviews went quite well and they expressed interest in hiring me. When I followed up after not hearing from the recruiter for over a week (they said I'd hear back within a few days) the recruiter said the team wanted me to quickly chat with some people who had been out of office on my interview day. I politely said I was willing to chat with anyone, but I needed to expedite this process since I was considering other offers that expired soon. After I sent that last email, I never heard back from C Space despite multiple follow ups and their initial request for me to speak to more people. They basically ghosted me. What a shame because I enjoyed everyone I spoke with and thought they actually were interested in me. Very poor recruiting etiquette.
