      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at C Space (New York, NY) in Apr 2018

      Interview

This has been one of the most frustrating, drawn out and still un-answered interview process in my agency career. It's also not my first time interviewing with the company, which makes it even more disappointing. This round of interviews with C Space began in early April 2018. My first interview was with HR where he was very clear and focused. A month later (May 2018) I met in-person with a team in Boston (for a position in NYC) where they made feel very welcome and communicated were taking the hiring process seriously and that it was a priority. When I asked the HR team how long they expected the process to take they said weeks in comparison to months. They were transparent about need to get funding and approval for the role and finding a good fit. After weeks of back in forth emails, in mid-June, I came into the NYC office to meet with a few more team members. Before my interview I was even asked if I wanted to show work from my previous interviews (a few years before). Once at the interview, it became clear they were not aware I had been interviewing for a while, nor that I had met with other members of the team. They weren't clear with me on the exactly title or how long the process was going to take. The interview itself was easy, they asked basic questions, including an on-the-spot example of how I would have solved for a problem. After that, I followed up with weekly emails until the last one in early July, where I've taken the hint they are moving on in the process. They've since posted a two different job titles for the role I was interviewing for. I still have had no word from them, not even feedback on my interviews. What's unfortunate is that I really was very interested in the company and their work, and this is such a poor reflection of how they treat hiring or potential employees.
