Three phase interview of a call, interview and group panel/presentation. You will be prompted on the the last phase to make a presentation. I would like to say that the process is good, but the company seems extremlly disorganised and does not provide feeback. We are supposed to have a week to make the presentation they sent it late and I had two days. We were supposed to learn about the outcome in a week. I had to wait until monday 6pm of next week. it is not a good experience to go through a weekend with anxiety for this results. Throughout the whole process my main criticism is that they sell themselves as people oriented and innovative, but I felt that their consideration for candidates and the interview process is below optimal and very overdone.
