The process began with an initial phone call to gauge my basic skills, background and personality. I was then invited to the headquarters in Boston for an interview. This interview consisted of 3 conversations with higher management, each about 30 minutes long. Each of the three people I spoke with were very warm and inviting despite asking very pointed questions about my background (in a completely different field), how it might transfer to the Consultant role at Communispace, and why I was interested in Communispace. After the conversations, I was given a "case project" in which I was given a situation similar to one that Communispace would receive from a client. I was told to come up with about 10 survey questions related to the request and write a follow-up email to the "client" indicating my methodology and asking any additional questions for information I might need.
