The process steps were: HR screening, peer interview, full loop (3 interviews and case study). Interviews were mostly behavioral. Case study was to analyse a survey dataset in 1h and present a short topline view of key takeaways after that. Issue for me was the lengthy post-interview process (>3 weeks to make an offer), lowball offer and ultimately lack of follow up.

Contacted by recruiter, then initial talent acquisition screening. Met with various folks and had case. Process took probably three weeks from the first call and felt thorough but still efficient. Offer/decision came quickly after final interviews. Appreciated that they respected my time, regardless of outcome.
