This experience was very negative. The interview process included 5 total stages and interviews with different individuals. After the 5th interview, despite each step inferencing a definite offer was expected, I never heard another word from the company. I followed up twice after the interview (after 1 week and after 2 weeks) requesting a status and received no response. Please note, it wasn't so much that I did not receive an offer but rather that I spent 5+ hours with the company interviewing (not including follow-ups and email communications), I would expect mutual respect to inform a candidate if they went in a different direction. During the interview, I also felt that each person was very overwhelmed and complained about challenges in their position which I found unprofessional and undesirable. I would recommend the company considers informing candidates regardless of the outcome, especially in higher-level positions. This put a bad taste in my mouth and I would not apply for a future position or recommend applying to the company.
