2 managers, series of questions about integrity, customer service, multi tasking, personality questions, there is a drug test if they are interested in you and give you the job. you then go on a 2 week paid training before your in the store.

Interview
The interview process is easy and really just consists of the manager asking questions to determine if the role is a good fit for you and if you are a good fit for the role.
Very Casual. The entire process was basically just questions about previous sales experience and how you would approach certain examples. Then, I shadowed another employee for an hour or so just to get the feel for the job.
