Interview
Was referred to C1 through a friend. Initially spoke to the recruiter over the phone for a bit of background information. Set up a formal 1st round Skype interview with the recruiter. Involved a brief behavioural interview and an online aptitude test (pretty straightforward).
For the final round, they flew me out to their Summit, NJ office. The entire process lasted about 4.5 hours with two behavioural and two case interviews. Ended with a 15 minute presentation from me. Very enjoyable process with friendly employees.

1) Phone Interview: mainly just questions about your resume (lasts about 30 mins)
2) Skype Interview: 30 minute aptitude test (basic math, grammar, spelling) and a mini case study (shown a few powerpoint slides and asked to explain what they are saying)
