I applied online. I interviewed at C2 Education in May 2025
Interview
The interview process began with an in-office SAT assessment, where candidates were required to score in the 95th percentile or higher to advance. Since I was interested in teaching Math only, I opted to take just the Math section at my location. After achieving a qualifying score, I moved on to the second round. This round was relatively straightforward and focused on my teaching experience, motivation for teaching, and how I would explain specific problems to students.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at C2 Education (Fort Lee, NJ) in Sep 2012
Interview
They called me on the phone and asked what time I had available to work and to come in in person. I had already sent them a resume, cover letter, and my SAT scores, so my old math SAT scores were enough to hire me on the spot instead of making me take a test. Once I came in, we discussed pay and hours, and they offered me a job on the spot.
It was simple. You take an exam, and based on your results, they determine if you're a good fit. Then, you negotiate a salary. They are quite friendly and straightforward with the process.
