The interview process includes a pre-interview screening via email, 1st in person interview with site manager, 2nd zoom interview with area director.if you make it through all 3 rounds of interviews, an offer will be made and a back ground check must be completed.

Very brief, mostly asked about availability and familiarity with Excel. Asked whether I had experience working with kids, if I was comfortable making cold calls. However I had to go through three rounds of interview and the position was part time.
