Interview
5 phone screens that probed the depth/breadth of my work experience as well as more pragmatic, hands on questions (e.g., how I would handle job situations, approach a special project assignment, mentor/manage others) to test my leadership skills, problem solving ability, critical thinking, etc. I gound the interviewers to be cordial and respectful (unusual for the economic times and the fact that I was unemployed at the time).
