I was asked detailed situation questions and my approach to ID so I went through my experience and how I thought it would relate to the current project. I felt like I did most of the talking.

applied online, didn't hear anything until about 6 months later when an in-house recruiter called me about a different position. Two days of non-stop interviews with a variety of people from the division I was applying to, some interview sessions were friendly and welcoming, a couple were definitely selected as "gatekeepers" who were obviously looking for reasons NOT to hire me. Really liked my potential boss and his boss, was happy to receive an offer a couple weeks later
