I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CA Technologies (Prague) in Mar 2013
Interview
The hiring process was quite okay i must say. Got contacted first via email to arrange a phonecall with the hiring man. On the call we discussed general questions mostly and was used to set up a call with my potentional manager and VP. The second call was more technically orientated, i liked how all the people, that would eventually supervise me, were very experienced in my area. All of them came from technical positions, so they know what is possible and what not, and also they were quicky able to filter out people, that just copypasted some requirements to their CVs. After this call, there was one more step. Meeting the people in person and writing a test to assess my technical skills. Test was quite intensive, enough time, focused on several areas. Meeting was good, met all the people from previous call in person and we talked about what CA can offer and what i can bring to CA.
