Applied online. Was emailed a coding assignment within a week from applying by a recruiter. Assignment was required to be completed within 24 hours with no leeway. Scheduled a phone interview with management. Strictly Coding assignment was based on topics described in the role and wasn't difficult. interview with questions about resume. Given an offer within the next few days. Process lasted about a month from applying.

During the phone screening, they explained the responsibilities of the role, the type of projects I would be working on, and described the company’s work culture. They also asked whether I felt comfortable with the expectations and if the position aligned with my interests and career goals.

First interview is simple, asking about background, etc., I made it through to the next round, which is a coding interview, but it got canceled on the day of. No follow-up emails or communication after.
