The man interviewing got my name wrong despite our previous correspondence via phone call and email, talked for 20 minutes straight about the job without actually asking any questions, and looked sleepy and out of it. He was holding his head up with his hands and rubbing his eyes. He made very little eye contact and it didn't even feel like an interview.

Good clear and consise they laid everything out and was very precise with what they wanted and what was required . It took place in a virtual setting with other people answering the same question. Be enthusiastic take notes the interview was held for about 30 minutes. The interview process gets you informed on the future position and is very consise in what it asks.
