I applied through college or university. I interviewed at CAE
Interview
Applied through campus career website. Very straight forward application, you submit a cv, cover letter, and transcript. Interview was half behavioural and half technical. But I would say they don't care much about your personality, as long as you have minimum logic and work ethic. So your chances of getting hired are proportional to your knowledge in programming. Specifically C or Fortran.
I applied online. I interviewed at CAE (Halifax, NS)
Interview
It was a very easygoing and comfortable conversation. The interviewers were incredibly nice. They started by asking me some standard behavioural questions first, and then we thoroughly discussed the specific IT projects listed on my resume.
Easy, mostly personality questions and small questions about experience background and general banking product knowledge. Will ask question about how well do you perform in a fast pace environment. Overral easy interview and good student job or entry level position in the banking world.

Interview
Asked about my work and project in university. The person was very nice and we talk about the company, what I'll be doing, what I've done and if I had questions about the intership. I had to pass a quizz about simple programming questions and some problem resolution. The interview took around 30 minutes.
