I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CAPSHER Technology, Inc. (College Station, TX) in Jul 2023
Interview
The hiring process includes an online assessment (OA) and three interview rounds. The OA consists of 2-3 basic coding questions using C#. The first interview is with HR, where I introduced myself and my background, followed by some behavior questions, and then discussed salary and company culture. The second round is with an implementation lead, focusing on my technical background and discussing what I have done and how to solve some problems. The third round is an on-site interview with the head of implementation and an implementation lead. It started with a review of my technical background, followed by solving two technical questions on a whiteboard. They encouraged explaining my thought process and asking for help if needed. I was then invited to lunch with the implementation lead and two other team members. During lunch, we discussed the software engineer position, daily responsibilities, and Capsher’s culture, which emphasizes a comfortable environment for employees and work-life balance.
They are seeking someone who is easy to communicate with and collaborative in their work approach.
