Interview
The initial part of the interview process was a take home programming assessment in the C# language consisting of debugging a program, and then adding an additional feature to the program. The assessment overall is fairly straight-forward. I don't believe it is meant to trick you or be overly complicated, but simply to test your ability to critically think and work within a code-base you aren't familiar with.

Interview
I applied on their website and was immediately sent a coding assessment the next morning. The assessment was in C# and very basic. I've never coded in C# and was able to pass. Afterwards, I didn't receive any feedback and had a rejection e-mail sent to me 2 weeks later.
