Referrals dont mean much here, they will turn you down for being “overqualified” aka for no real reason. Present yourself as “green” as possible, they don’t like experienced people for this role. If you have more than 4-5 years of experience, I suggest removing work experience from your resume and removing your college graduation date to give yourself a fighting chance. If you aren’t young and inexperienced, they won’t hire you for this position.
