Between the initial HR screening and other interviews, I completed 6 interviews and met with 8 different people prior to receiving and accepting the offer. I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CAPTRUST Financial Advisors (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2018
Interview
Went through an external recruiter, had an phone interview with head of HR, them with the Client Services team. I met with the head of HR in the Tampa office and with four members of the client service team via web conference. Everyone was welcoming and the office was nice. Typical boilerplate cultural fit questions with a two team members who were very personable and nice, then a more technical type of interview focusing on client service situations with the manager of the group. She was very standoffish and frankly seemed like she had zero interest in being there, like it was just a formality of her job. Somewhat of a red flag when I asked what the biggest challenge in this role was, and she said burnout. Not sure if this was the best fit.
