Interview
I initially applied online in December, 2011. I had to prod the recruiter to look at my application. I got an initial phone interview with recruiter in late February, and then a 2nd phone interview with Hiring manager in early March. The manager invited me to a face to face interview later that month.
CarFax made all of the travel and hotel arrangements which went smoothly. Several other people were interviewing in the same day with the same set of 4 people. Each interview was supposed to be 1 hour long, and they provided lunch as well.
During the course of the morning, one of the interviewers went missing, which caused the process to slow down, and the interviews to be shorter then needed.
I though all of my interviews went well, but I didn't get an offer and no feedback was offered as to why.
The tacky part was that we all had to pay for our cab ride back to the airport.

Interview
The interview process was great. Everyone I spoke to was super kind and informative. They helped paint a picture around the culture and answered every question I had. There were three rounds. The first with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager and third was a panel interview with other managers. I received feedback immediately and was notified of their decision next day.

Interview
Remote Initial screening with the recruiter interview, follow up with region supervisor, two more zooms with other supervisors across the US. Final interview with Supervisor in person. The logistics of scheduling are handled expertly by the recruiting department. It was a pleasant experience.
