Interview
Had two pleasant interviews with Carvana, one with a recruiter and then one with a Vice President. I’d leave a positive experience review if it weren’t for the fact that all communication cut off with no word or update. Just never heard from them again after the second interview (even with a follow up). Absolutely respect if they decide to go in a different direction, but ghosting candidates after they’ve invested time in the process shows a lack of courtesy and professionalism in their policies.

Tell me about a time you influenced strategy in your current organization?
Hello! We are sorry that the end of your interview process with Carvana was not a great result. This is completely on us, and we are sorry. Ghosting candidates is not how we like to do business. We are usually transparent - almost to a fault - about why a candidate did not get the job. Again, I am sorry that you had this experience, but we REALLY appreciate your taking the time to leave a review-- it only helps us to get better and to be better. Thank you.
