I was assigned a programming exercise, did a video interview, and finally an in-person interview. We mainly discussed my implementation of the exercise, my past research, and the company's programming methods. They were pleased with me and promised to make me an offer, but after 5 weeks of repeated delays eventually informed me that they had changed their mind and refused.
