Interview
I must admit that from the beginning till the end, the interview process was somehow smooth and professional.
I have (2) things to point out:
1-After receiving the initial phone call interview invite, I was then offered to meet the team in the property with a Calendar Link which I picked several times and I end up requesting a day off from my job because they were only available in the middle of the day, same happened to my last and 3rd interview.
2-After 3 interviews, and Carvana Recruiter sharing with me the benefits booklet of the company, which made me feel I was their perfect fit, and then just received an automatic reply of a thank you but we have a better candidate email.
Sadly, I have to admit this has been another unprofessional HR Team and hiring process! How could you make a candidate go through all these interviews and show the benefits if they weren't going to be selected. Also, how difficult is it to send a personalized email or a short call to 1 or 2 candidates about your sad decision?

Interview
The interview process was incredibly short. I was messaged by the recruiter showing interest in making time to meet with me in the near future. I made sure to email back quickly, and we scheduled a time to meet rather quickly.
The recruiter called a few minutes after our initial scheduled time, from the second she answered the phone it sounded like she was over the interview. She did not bother to introduce herself and immediately jumped into questions asking me what do I know about the company. I have never had an interview be so impersonal. The recruiter asked me two questions total and was ready to hang up in less than ten minutes, keep in mind she had already called me a few minutes late. I ended up interviewing her about the company for longer than she interviewed me, I am pretty sure she was multitasking the whole time, she sounded like she was speed reading through some notes she typed together on her computer, then replying to emails the whole time I was speaking. Honestly, one of the worst interviews I have had overall and it left a very sour taste in my mouth for the company. Reading other reviews, it seems like this is a constant issue.
