I really hope companies like Carvana start to steer away from the seemingly common 3+ interview model for just one position. Its time consuming for everyone. Other than that my experience was pleasant and the hiring team really cared and had amazing questions.

They asked many questions about personal values, difficult situations, and how you work within teams.

Interview
The interviewer raved about how great the previous intern was and said I would have to work hard to ever compare to that person. This went on for well over 30 minutes. It was in poor taste and it gave me the impression that you were going to be constantly compared to the prior intern.
They also failed to mention that they were moving locations in a few months before my interview. The location was going to be too far for me to commute to.
