Long drawn out process, long homework assignment, all to be ghosted after the final interview. Terrible experience. After doing an entire communications plan for them the recruiter said it hit the nail on every head then wouldn't respond to any emails. I don't think it was even a real job, just smoke in mirrors to keep covid relief money.
