Interview
I interviewed at Carvana for a Data Analyst position in December 2024. The process started with an online application, followed by an initial SQL assessment to test my query skills. Next, I had a recruiter phone screen where we discussed my background and the role.
After that, I went through a technical interview covering data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving. They also gave me a take-home assignment, which involved designing an A/B test and analyzing a dataset.
The final round included interviews with team members from Product, Engineering, and Operations to assess collaboration and cultural fit. Overall, the process was structured and focused on both technical skills and alignment with Carvana’s fast-paced environment.

It was good, and overall, the assessment was a little time-consuming. I later reached out after the assessment and got ghosted. They should have written an email or something back.
