I applied for a senior role within a European office. After attending numerous panels, doing cases- modelling and decks, spending hours over the recruiting processes -- they completely ghosted me.
This just tells you the lack of respect to potential candidates' time and efforts. If I were you, I would invest my time with other firms.

Standard interview questions, followed by short research exercise. Manager and two associate analysts comprised the interviewers. Very friendly process. Received decision 3 weeks post interview. Interview held in conference room at main office location in uptown Dallas.

What projects have you worked on that have help develop your skills?
It has been composed by three phases: HR interview, head of department interview and finally the head of asset class of interest. After these meeting I have been offered a position inside the company as entry level.
