I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE in Jan 2020
Interview
I applied in January 2020, 3 weeks later i got an email to do a digital interview. You essentially go into the video platform and are prompted with a question and given 30 seconds to think of your answer and you are allowed 1 re-do of each question. I didn't enjoy the talking to yourself part since this concept was new to me, but the 6-8 questions weren't horrible. I found the recording yourself to be daunting since I hadn't done it before. Apparently the sales/brokerage internships at CBRE are more difficult to get into than Harvard so take that as you will.

I reached out to a project director via LinkedIn and then I got an interview. Direct application through their portal dint help me to get to the interview process. Luckily the project director was very reaponsive and friendly.
Asked a lot of behaviorals. People were very nice and helpful. Was also quite selective with the process. Recruiter is great and very communicative so I always knew where I stood in the process. Heard back a couple days after my interview
