Have done the first two steps as they don't have a position available locally yet. I had a virtual meeting with a talent manager which was a basic get to know you session and then the second part of the process was a digital interview.

Two step interview process. They will ask if you can travel to other locations or work weekends. General interview questions for customer service and organizational skills that you have. Not sure if it’s difficult or just lengthy.
Process went quick. Interviewed with recruiter and then moved onto the next round the following week. Didn't hear anything after a week and half. Reached out to recruiter and got nothing back. It's been 3 weeks now...
