The recruiter Mat was great to work with. Trainers Keith and Jeff were on the call and were friendly and it was nice to meet them. The COO Ryan was thoughtful and seemed like a nice guy. They asked me some questions like why do I want to do training? In the later part of the interview we went into the technical part of the interview . I thought they were testing my technical ability I later found out they were also testing my teaching ability at the same time. I don't think they made that clear and it threw me off a bit. I don't think they were able to get a grasp of my teaching style because of that. But all in all it was a positive experience and I was able to learn a lot.
