I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CCC Intelligent Solutions in Jun 2020
Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter. I was asked to take 25 minutes assessment. It was general question on your personality- if you are quiet or social , etc.
The interview process went for around 5 weeks.
1st round with Manager and 2 team member- 30 mins- technical
2nd round with Sr.Director- 30 mins- behavioral
3rd round again with the same Manager and with a teksystems contractor- 30 mins - Technical
The 3rd interview started with the contractor asking cucumber questions with live screen sharing. It was normal Scenarios. I had not wrote previous cucumber data sets/class tables examples in my previous company and wrote only Scenario and Scenario Outline scripts and when I told him datasets were not used by me in my previous company , he was like this is only the right way to write scenario. I did not want to argue as I tried to give every possible answer. He said this is just small scenarios but there are scenarios like full page. Finally when the interview ended and manager asked if he had any more question for me, he said now I know enough about the candidate. Honestly it was easy questions not a big deal just because I did not wrote data sets before doesn’t mean I cannot write scenarios. This was actually a manual position for couple of months and then the candidate had to write automation. But got a feeling that I won’t get the job because of the way he was laughing and asking questions and then after 3 days I got the rejection email.
