Interview
I was first contacted by HR / a Recruiter. The recruiter was very positive, had infectious enthusiasm and our initial communications by email were very informative. I was very comfortable on the initial phone interview with the recruiter and spoke with her a couple of times. However when I moved forward to the next level phone interview by the regional manager, I was not as comfortable and the interview did go a little longer than I expected.

Question 1
Have any ideas come to you for events and programs you might like to implement at the community?
I spoke over the phone with a hiring manager, submitted a portfolio, took a writing competency test, then about a week later, met onsite with a few people on zoom, took a behavioral exam, then 2 weeks later, had a final zoom meeting.
Had multiple interviews. First with HR recruiter on the phone, then met with a corporate person on Zoom then met the manager and assistant manager in person. Was annoyed I didn’t get the job.

Tell me about your experience Why do you want to work here Pretty basic questions
It was good but lengthy. Lots of people to talk to and sometimes felt unnecessary. Otherwise, great company so far and love working for them. You have a lot of people there to help out when needed.
