Interview with multiple people, Everyone asked questions one after another. It went very quickly. Everyone was very nice and courteous. You really had to know your stuff in your answers. It was face to face on line

Phone interview first with HR. In person interview with all the supervisors. Discussed different types of claims. Discussed experience with past employers and how you handle conflict or demanding client.
