Interview
I had three interviews, two with the Recruiting Manager and one with the Branch Manager. The interviews went well they were very helpful in explaining the industry, the position, expectations, and salary + commissions structure.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CCSI (Stratham, NH) in Mar 2012
Interview
Interviewed with a person who told me they have had 4 managers in the last year, some only lasted a month or two and left the company. Was informed turnover was very high. Then interviewed with the Sales Manager, who told me turnover in the industry is always high and their turnover is actually low, but more than half there people have been there less than a year. Small company, size wise it was what I was looking for. When I asked if I would be meeting with the President, I was told she does not come in often so I would not be. If the turnover issues did not scare me away, the person I interviewed with staring me down the hole time did. No one asked me about my previous experience, they just tried to sell me.
