Interview
I was referred to CDI and sent my resume directly to the recruiter. After a phone interview lasting about 10 minutes, I was sent an email requesting I come in for a one-on-one interview the next day. The interview was stress free and they seemed to care more about how I would fit in with the group dynamic than anything else. I had to take a skills test to ensure that I was capable of using the programs required for the job title. I was offered the position immediately and received a formal offer via email the next day.
