Basic phone interview with my reporting manager (she was home shored), then a panel interview with 3 managers on location at the office I would out of. - I had to stay on top of the recruiter who kept losing documents that I sent to her. She also was on the east coast and I was central time, I had to keep clarifying appointment times with her. This alone should have raised red flags for me.
