I was invited once on-site for a face to face interview with 2 people and one of them didn't turn up. I was asked to do a skype interview for the person I missed on-site. They called me again on-site for interviews that included talking to 5 people form VPs to Software Engineers. The interview was not technical and it looked like the role would be ideal for someone with sales or consulting related experience and not for someone who likes to code and design.
